On Sunday Night ACP Kurla Division Team conducted a raid on ‘Priyanka Dance Bar at Dharavi and arrested Bar Manager,, Bar Dancers. Police carried out this raid on a specific information received by Police informer ,During raids police found Girls were dancing and customers showering money on them.Both of which are criminal acts under the new law. Police took this action under Maharashtra prohibition of obscene Dance in Bars and hotels, and protection of Dignity of woman Act 2016. Police booked the staff of the Bar under section 294 of IPC.Police is still in the bar doing Panchnama.
